Structure
Lay foundation, install steel girders
First, the mobile concrete foundations are placed in the intended positions. These ensure the stability of the wall. The fully galvanized steel beams are inserted into the foundations and anchored.
Hanging wall elements
The prefabricated wall elements are hooked into the steel girders one after the other. Thanks to the modular design, the wall can be extended or increased in width as required.
Apply geotextile coating
Finally, the UV and weather-resistant geotextile coating from RAU® is applied, which also contributes to sound insulation.
Testing and fine adjustment
After assembly, a final check is carried out and, if necessary, the elements are fine-tuned to ensure their stability and safety.
