In Alpen-Ost on Van-Dornick-Straße, a new development area with 15 single-storey detached houses and five semi-detached houses will be built in the coming years. There will also be a block of 2,700 square meters on which five to six detached houses are to be built in a kind of atrium above an underground car park. In addition, 13 plots are planned for compelling two-storey apartment buildings with five to six apartments each. Underground parking is also planned here… The municipality is investing in the 370-metre-long RAU® Climatewall.
