The requirement was for a high-performance yet transparent noise protection solution that would blend into the open living environment and meet the highest design standards. The varying wall heights and lengths posed particular challenges, requiring precise planning and flexible execution.
Project objective:
The aim was to implement an aesthetically sophisticated noise protection system that combines modern transparency with effective sound insulation and noticeably increases the quality of living in the neighborhood.
Results
- The Vista noise barrier has a stable deep foundation with bored piles or driven pipes and a solid concrete base.
- The wall sections vary in length (10-54 m) and height (approx. 9.7-12.3 m).
- Large-format glass elements reduce the amount of steel, increase light transmission and reduce shadows.
- Colored lenses allow aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.
