Green noise barrier Oldenburg
Erection of a free-standing, modular RAU® climatewall with a height of 2.80 m, a crown width of 0.70 m and a base width of 1.26 m. The wall was installed along a busy highway and planted with greenery.
The RAU® noise barrier serves to protect adjacent residential and natural areas from traffic noise. The intensive greening combines noise reduction with ecological enhancement. The project stands for sustainable noise protection that blends harmoniously into the landscape and at the same time creates habitats for plants and animals.
